I can't do Saturdays at all unless it's before 5 server time, as I have a raid to lead. Sundays would work, or really any day except Friday or Saturday.

Sounds like fun. I'd be interested in coming along. My Saturday plans are generally pretty much made up as I go, so if you pick a date I'll just see if I can make it.
