Macros « Thread Started on Jan 18, 2008, 11:27am »
Like the other one I posted in the pally forums, just a place where we can share the macros we use.
One-button mana gems. /use Mana Emerald /use Mana Ruby /use Mana Citrine /use Mana Jade /use Mana Agate
Very straight forward, but it frees up a bunch of space. Uses your mana gems in order of power.
Big nukes with the SCB. /stopcasting /use 13 (This is where my Icon is. Yours may be in 14. 13 is top trinket slot, 14 is bottom) /use Mana Emerald (Copy the entire above macro here so you can use it with any gem) /cast (Whatever nuke you like, mine is Arcane Blast at the moment)
This one cuts off your cast (I'm assuming the use of Quartz), fires a trinket, pops a mana gem (which activates the equip bonus of the serpent-coil braid) and starts casting your new nuke.
And lastly, the one that is currently the deathcoil symbol on my hotbar.
/stopcasting /cast Arcane Power /cast Presence of Mind /use 13 /use Mana Emerald (again, copy the above macro with the numerous gems if you have the SCB) /use Destruction Potion /cast Pyroblast
On the fire-vulnerable giants, with a full scorch stack and a CoE, I've broken 11K with this one.
Got macros that other folks can use? Post'em here!
#showtooltip /castrandom [nomounted, nomod:shift, flyable] Magnificent Flying Carpet; [nomounted] Swift White Steed, Swift Zhevra, Armored Brown Bear /stopmacro [nomounted] /dismount /cast [nomodifier:shift] Slow Fall
Handy little macro that will mount you on a flying/normal mount of you choice depending if you are in Vanilla WoW or Northrend/Outland. Holding down shift will also let you choose your normal mount if you are in Wintergrasp, Dalaran, etc.
While mounted the macro will change to Slow Fall and clicking it will instantly dismount you and cast it.

I like this macro - it makes which kind of polymorph you use random so you can (once again) save space on your toolbars. It also only casts the spell if your target is hostile or neutral.
The reason "Rank 4" needs to be in there, despite most spells automatically using the highest rank if no rank is noted, is that all polymorph spells are named just that.
