What is the name of the random raid mana regen buff that procs? It looks like the smaller of the two (which does 0 healing over 0 seconds) is likely something that is proccing and not something that you are casting?
(I don't know the ins and outs of druid healing as well as I should. One of the actual druid healers will probably have a better idea)
I have multiple beacon of light spells as well, and I think they're broken down into "times Beacon was cast on me" and "times beacon was cast on someone else".

You just equipped 4 piece tier 8, I'm guessing, and the proc on T8 resto is an initial heal on top of the ticks of rejuv. So the lower of the 2 for rejuv is that initial hit. The meters don't actually stack them both, they separate them like they're 2 different spells.
